Who loves going to the eye doctor? I do! For over 15 years our family has been seeing Dr. Chewerda and Dr. Chewerda (yes there are two of them!) They might just be the best optometrist in the Pacific Northwest! The Chewerdas have always proven themselves to be extremely competent, compassionate, and customer focused!

If i could give 10 stars i would . I have a problem with eyelashes growing inward and scratching my eye .When i call they always get me in asap .Both Dr. Sara & Tom are wonderful and the people at the front desk are friendly . I highly recomend this provider

Saw Dr. Tom Chewerda for my first eye exam in several years today. He was super kind and took the time to get to know me and chat, and made it very clear that I was welcome to ask any questions I had. I didn’t feel like just one out of many patients he’d see in a day. The front desk staff were also incredible although I didn’t catch their names (sorry about that, and thank you both for all of your help!!) For someone with a lot of social anxiety it was a really awesome experience and I won’t hesitate to return or recommend friends!

Great team! Open communication with staff and Dr. They took the time to help me find something in my budget but still met my daily needs and wants. They are great at working with a wide range of insurance companies too. I highly recommend both the Scappoose and St. Helens branches!

Absolutely amazing experience best I've had in along time at any eye doctors. First time going here staff was super friendly I loved the atmosphere and the doctor was so kind. He was so knowledgeable and made me feel so much better about things I was told at my last eye doctor appt. I can't say enough good things about the doctor and the staff. If you're wondering if you should go here, you should! They're amazing!

10 STARS IF I COULD! Can’t say enough good things about this place! Excellent doctor who really does care about his patients. They aren’t the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for and you just can’t put a price tag on your vision.
